Deciding who we are and who we want to be can be rough; having a judgment-free space to talk through it can provide peace of mind. I am passionate about helping people navigate their identity journeys which may include: career changes, family dynamics, relationships, sexuality, and faith transitions. Opening up about your thoughts and feelings can induce anxiety or guilt. Creating a connection with trust and acceptance can help bridge the gap and change overwhelming tasks to realistic steps. I will create a safe place for you to become your best self by helping you identify your core values and align your actions with who you want to be. Reaching out for help is difficult.
