About Amanda

I'm a therapist with a deep passion for helping people build healthier, more fulfilling relationships with others and with themselves. I believe that when we feel secure and content within, we’re better equipped to handle whatever life throws our way. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Utah State University, along with a certificate in Women’s and Gender Studies. I later completed my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Utah, with an emphasis in mental health. My work is grounded in research-based practices, trauma-informed care, and a focus on understanding behavioral patterns that shape our everyday experiences. I primarily work with teenagers and adults, supporting them through challenges and helping them develop stronger communication and deeper connections. I’m especially passionate about education empowering people with tools to recognize and address problems early, before they grow overwhelming. My personal mission is to help others feel more at peace within themselves, so they can move through the world with confidence and trust in their own ability to navigate life and relationships.
