It can be hard to know where to start in resolving stressful feelings and experiences. I want to be a guide for you to understand your feelings and figure out your next steps. I work with adults and teens experiencing anxiety, depression or stress, single individuals navigating dating relationships, pre-marital couples, individuals wanting to process specific traumatic experiences, couples wanting to improve their communication and connection, and individuals and couples figuring out healthy boundaries with their families. I believe that individuals and relationships grow when you have difficult conversations. As an outside observer, I will be direct in sharing with you patterns I notice that may be keeping you stuck, and we will explore other alternatives. Sometimes our brains get stuck remembering a past trauma. Using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), I can help your brain integrate the traumatic experience so you remember in a different, more empowering way, and the trauma doesn't have the same power over you, making you feel stuck.
