I have experience with all kinds of life trauma, and processing the lasting impact. My focus is on relational and systemic trauma and recovery from emotional abuse. I believe that healing takes place in the mind, heart and body and I will work with you to bring together these parts of yourself. I work with adult individuals and couples using trauma-informed principles of mindfulness, personal meaning, self-knowledge and self-compassion. I believe in the human rights of all people, and am part of the queer community. I am EMDR trained, Internal Family Systems trained, a Certified Mindfulness-Informed Practitioner, also Certified in Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness and Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Utah and Texas. I can provide in-office treatment in Sandy, Utah, and telehealth therapy to all residents of Utah or Texas. Limited daytime/afternoon availability only. Every-other week spots are currently more available than weekly.
