About Elizabeth

Whether you feel like you need support with some minor stumbling blocks, feel stuck between a rock and a hard place, or feel crushed beneath the weight of stress, grief or life experience, I've got you. I want to empower you to be your best version of yourself - but, real talk - the most important notion for me is that you first feel heard, seen, and witnessed. After that, we do the work to get you feeling stronger, more confident, give you a little more sparkle, a little more cha cha, remind you that you are worthy of all the good things and support you in acknowledging, creating and/or receiving them. We work on getting the results you say you want in life. I hold a sex-positive, body positive, queer-affirming, kink-affirming, and safe space to work with you. I am a passionate advocate for the LGBTQ+ community and I provide affirming, inclusive, competent care. I have the training and skills to provide culturally competent care to transgender and gender nonconforming folks. I combine my 20 yrs of skill and expertise in life coaching and professional consulting with my formal social work education, and 5 years as a practicing therapist, to provide you a fulfilling therapeutic experience. I'm feisty, compassionate, bold, & gentle. Words that matter to me in therapy: safety, vulnerability, bravery, honesty, curiosity, creativity, listening, permission, and empowerment. Reach out. Let's do this.
