I’m known for building genuine and strong therapeutic relationships. I approach therapy with a calm, steady presence that helps clients feel safe, grounded, and understood while working through difficult and emotionally charged concerns. My work is grounded in trauma-informed, polyvagal informed, and attachment-based approaches that help clients process painful experiences while building emotional safety and resilience. I’m EMDR Certified and a Certified Clinical Partner Specialist (CCPS) through APSATS, with advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples. I also incorporate Internal Family Systems and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. You can work through hurtful events and experiences, both past and present, that are disrupting your life.
