I am an APSATS Certified Clinical Partner Specialist, a master certified provider in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and I have advanced training in emotionally focused couples therapy. I am also the author of "Love You, Hate the Porn" and the host of the "From Crisis to Connection" podcast. My work integrates trauma research, attachment, and clear structure to support both partners with safety and direction.
