Therefore, we will be a team working together to solve and gain new skills to maneuver the situations you encounter in your life and relationships. Therapy can be exciting because it is all about listening and supporting the goals you desire. Couples and adults are my passion with over 20 years of experience. Personally I have explored and continue to learn about myself and how to maneuver life just like you. Trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression and relationship building are my strengths as a provider. I love the outdoors, mountains, hiking, walking, traveling, contemplating/reflecting/meditating, cooking and living with my best friend...my husband.. Let's meet to see if we make a connection.
