About Madisen

I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in cycles of conflict, emotional reactivity, or painful disconnection — often at moments when important decisions need to be made. My approach is grounded in helping clients slow things down, understand their patterns, and develop greater emotional clarity and differentiation. Rather than focusing on quick fixes, I support clients in making thoughtful, values-aligned choices about themselves, their relationships, and the direction they want to move. I specialize in working with high-conflict couples, partners on the brink of separation, and individuals who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or unsure how to move forward. Therapy with me is collaborative, honest, and paced to help clients feel both challenged and supported. I also enjoy working with individuals seeking to better understand their relationship patterns, increase self-understanding, navigate stressors, and adjust to life transitions that feel overwhelming or destabilizing. All services are provided via secure telehealth for clients located in Utah.
