Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure about their next step in life. You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, identity questions, faith transitions, or the emotional challenges that come with navigating different cultures. These experiences can feel isolating, but you do not have to face them alone. I work with teens and adults, with a special focus on individuals navigating cultural identity, immigration-related stress, and major life transitions. I also support women through the emotional and mental health challenges related to pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and motherhood. My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. Together, we will explore your experiences, develop practical coping skills, and help you move toward greater clarity, confidence, and emotional balance. Therapy can be a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.
