I work with individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or navigating painful life transitions and want a supportive, nonjudgmental space to sort things out. I commonly support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, suicidal thoughts, and challenges related to substance use. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and rooted in existential and humanistic perspectives. I believe people have an innate capacity for healing and growth, even when it feels out of reach. I also have specialized training in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), psychedelic integration, and domestic violence recovery.
