You’re doing your best, but life still feels louder and heavier than it should. Maybe you are juggling work, parenting, and relationships while quietly wondering, “Why is this so hard for me?” If that sounds familiar, you're in the right place. I’m Sheri Morris, a Marriage & Family Therapist and former teacher. For years I worked with students and families who were carrying more than anyone could see from the outside. Those experiences, along with my own life as a wife, mom, and grandmother, eventually led me back to graduate school so I could support people in a deeper and more focused way. My work is attachment based and emotionally focused. In simple terms, we pay gentle attention to the patterns in your relationships, how you reach for others, how you try to stay safe, and the places you have had to shut down to cope. Together we slow the pace, make sense of what is happening inside, and practice new ways of responding that create more safety, connection, and calm. I am warm, practical, and down to earth. You do not have to impress me or find perfect words. You can simply show up as you are. I work with teens, adults, couples, and families who are navigating anxiety, overwhelm, trauma, parenting stress, life changes, and relationship struggles. My hope is that you will feel steadier inside, more understood in your closest relationships, and more hopeful about the road ahead. If you are feeling worn out but not ready to give up, I would be honored to walk with you.
