I believe therapy works best when people feel genuinely seen and safe. I offer a supportive, collaborative space where you can slow down, explore what’s coming up for you, and begin to make sense of patterns that may no longer be serving you. Together, we work toward greater self-understanding, emotional relief, and a more connected relationship with yourself and others. My approach to therapy goes beyond conversation alone and invites curiosity, creativity, and embodied experience into the healing process. I integrate experiential and expressive techniques to help clients access insight not just intellectually, but emotionally and physically. This can be especially helpful when words feel limited or when emotions feel stuck or overwhelming. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, identity, and life transitions. My trauma-informed, experiential approach blends somatic and expressive practices with relational therapy to support meaningful, embodied change.
