I’m really passionate about helping people feel more connected to themselves and more at ease in their lives. I don’t see therapy as something that’s about fixing you or rushing you to change. Instead, I focus on creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly understood—where you can slow down, make sense of what you’ve been carrying, and start to feel more like yourself again.
I often work with LGBTQIA+ clients, trauma survivors, and teens, especially those who have felt misunderstood, unseen, or disconnected from who they are. You don’t have to show up a certain way here. You get to be real, honest, and human—and we’ll figure things out together.
My approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I pay attention to both your thoughts and your body, helping you notice patterns, understand your reactions, and find new ways of responding that feel more aligned with who you are.
More than anything, I want you to leave sessions feeling a little more steady, a little more clear, and a little more like you can trust yourself.

NextTherapist is a clinician-founded, woman-founded directory built for how people actually choose a therapist — by connection, not just a checklist of specialties. Every profile shows real availability so you book an actual appointment, not a waitlist.
