I’m Hailey Maire-Grant, a trauma-trained therapist, practice owner, and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist who is passionate about helping people feel more regulated, connected, and grounded in their lives and relationships. My work often focuses on trauma, sexual health, women’s health concerns, relationship dynamics, eating disorders, nervous system regulation, and helping clients better understand themselves with compassion rather than shame. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, approachable, and individualized. I often integrate trauma-informed approaches with regulation-focused work, attachment understanding, psychoeducation, and practical tools clients can actually use outside of session. I also have advanced training in areas such as EMDR, ART, neurofeedback, and sex therapy. Alongside my own clinical work, I lead a team at Xenia Counseling made up of clinicians with different specialties, personalities, and areas of focus. One of the things I value most is helping clients find the right fit for therapy. If my schedule is full or another clinician on our team may better match your needs, I’m happy to help connect you with someone within our practice who can support you well. Whether you work with me directly or with someone on our team, our goal is the same: creating a space where healing, growth, and meaningful change feel possible. We accept DMBA, EMI, Select Health, and Medicaid Insurances at the moment and will soon be adding Aetna, PEHP and BCBS.
