I believe emotional health isn’t about eliminating difficult thoughts or feelings—it’s about learning to respond to them in ways that align with what matters most. I have specialized training in women’s midlife health, including additional education in menopause through Harvard Medical School’s Women’s Health program. Whether you’re navigating a major life transition or seeking lasting change, my goal is to help you develop practical skills that support psychological flexibility, resilience, and a richer, more meaningful life. I work primarily with adult women experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, ADHD, menopause and perimenopause, body image concerns, and disordered eating. My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) while integrating evidence-based strategies from CBT, mindfulness, behavioral activation, and other process-based therapies when they best meet a client’s needs. Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than a decade working in healthcare, where I developed a deep appreciation for the connection between physical and emotional well-being. That experience continues to shape my holistic approach to counseling. I strive to create a space where clients feel understood rather than judged, challenged while feeling supported, and empowered to build lives that reflect their values rather than their fears.
