Why I Became a Therapist I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to grow up in chaos and to heal from it. My childhood was marked by divorce, instability, and confusion—my father was in and out of jail, my mother struggled with codependency, and life often felt unpredictable. As an adult, I began therapy for myself, and it completely changed my life. For the first time, I understood just how dysfunctional things had been—and, more importantly, that I could change. Therapy helped me heal, break patterns, and reconnect with who I truly am. That experience lit a fire in me. I became a therapist to help others find that same transformation—to walk alongside people who are ready to face their pain, take responsibility for their healing, and create a more grounded, fulfilling life. Who I Work With I work with adults and couples who are truly ready to do the work. My clients are people who want to go deep—who are tired of staying stuck in the same stories, patterns, and cycles of disconnection. You don’t have to have it all figured out, but you do need to be ready to show up with honesty and curiosity. I work best with clients who are committed to their healing and who have the time and space between sessions to integrate what we discuss. Whether you’re navigating trauma, relationship challenges, anxiety, or a major life trans
