My approach blends evidence-based methods with compassion, mindfulness, and curiosity. Beyond my practice, I’m the founder of the Wildflower & Wolf Collective — a growing community for midlife women on Skool dedicated to rediscovering identity, purpose, and joy through psychology and storytelling. I’m also a mom, writer, and creative entrepreneur who believes healing happens both in quiet moments and in connection with others.
