Life can get pretty messy. Maybe anxiety has taken over, your relationship isn't where you want it to be, or you've found yourself asking, "How did I end up here?" Whatever brought you in, my guess is you're not looking to spend months talking in circles. You want your life to feel better.
That's what therapy is for.
We'll slow things down enough to understand what's really happening beneath the surface, but we won't stay stuck there. We'll look at the patterns that keep showing up, make sense of why they're there, and start finding new ways of responding that actually fit the life you want to build.
I try to bring a balance of warmth, curiosity, honesty, and a little humor when it fits. Therapy doesn't have to feel stiff or overly clinical. It also doesn't have to be endless. My job is to help you better understand yourself, challenge the things that aren't serving you anymore, and give you a place where you can be completely real.
I work with adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, self-worth, and the feeling of being stuck. Whether this is your first time in therapy or your tenth, we'll figure out what matters most to you and get to work.
Life doesn't have to feel like crap forever.
