Sometimes it helps to talk with someone outside your circle—someone who can really listen and help you make sense of what you’re feeling. Whether you’re struggling with body image, stress, anxiety, trauma, or grief, my goal is to offer support, understanding, and fresh perspectives along the way. I aim to create a safe, welcoming space where you can be yourself and build the tools you need to move forward. Wherever you are in your journey, I’ll meet you there, and together we’ll find the path that leads you closer to the life you want! I currently work primarily with young adults ages 18–30 who are coping with anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, life stress, body image concerns, and major life changes. I use a range of therapeutic approaches based on each person’s goals and what feels most helpful for them. My work is grounded in a person-centered and collaborative approach.
